Butterflies have been regularly recorded here since 1970. 29 Species have been recorded some of which are on West Midland Action List.

The key Species are: Dingy Skipper, Silver-washed Fritillary, Small Heath, Purple Hairstreak, Green Hairstreak, White Letter Hairstreak.
